By placing an order through lifmocer.com, you agree to the following terms. We have established these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our refund and return methods and procedures. Return Policy:

At Lifmocer, we strive to provide the best experience for our customers and are committed to ensuring that you are satisfied with our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a return and refund policy valid for up to 90 days from the date of delivery.

Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be in its original packaging.
  • Be in original condition with all tags and accessories.
  • Return within 90 days from the date of delivery.
  • Purchase directly from Lifmocer's official website.

Return Process:

If you need to return an item, We offer returns by mail, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact our Customer Service team via email at service@lifmocer.com.
  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and preferred method of refund.
  3. Our Customer Service team will send you a return address, as well as a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number, which must be included with the returned product.
  4. Carefully pack the product in its original packaging, making sure all accessories and tags are included.
  5. Ship the product back to us using a trackable shipping method. We offer free return shipping for all eligible return requests. Please obtain a tracking number and keep your shipping receipt for reference.
  6. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will process a refund or exchange within 5 business days after inspection.
  7. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping Cost Issues

Damaged and Defective Products

We take great care to ensure that our products are in good condition. However, if the item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the situation and resolve the issue quickly. We offer hassle-free returns and free shipping for defective products. This means you do not have to pay any shipping costs for returns related to defective merchandise, nor do you have to pay restocking fees. However, if the user's return address is different from the original shipping address (for example, if the shipping address is within the United States, but the return address is in a remote or international location), resulting in shipping costs exceeding LIFMOCER shipping costs, the user will be responsible for the additional shipping costs.

Customer Change of Mind

We understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet your expectations, or you may simply change your mind. If you receive an item that you no longer want, or you accidentally ordered the wrong product, please contact us immediately. While we are happy to assist you with these returns, please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs, which will be based on the actual shipping costs incurred.

After the 30-day return period, if the item is defective or faulty, customers can use the LiTime warranty policy for repairs. Please refer to the LiTime warranty policy for details.

Refunds

Once we receive and review your return, we will notify you within 3 business days whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the time it takes for your refund to arrive will depend on your payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 6–10 business days
  • PayPal: 7 business days

Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and post your refund.
