We guarantee that all products are strictly tested by our quality inspectors before delivery. The following "Return and Refund Policy" applies to LIFMOCER products. By placing an order through lifmocer.com, you agree to the following terms. We have established these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our refund and return methods and procedures. At LIFMOCER, we strive to provide the best experience for our customers and are committed to ensuring that you are satisfied with our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a return and refund policy valid for up to 90 days from the date of delivery.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be in its original packaging.
  • Be in original condition with all tags and accessories.
  • Return within 90 days from the date of delivery.
  • Purchase directly from LIFMOCER official website.

Return Process

If you need to return an item, we offer returns by mail. Please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact our Customer Service team via email at service@lifmocer.com.
  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and preferred method of refund.
  3. Our Customer Service team will send you a return address, as well as a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number, which must be included with the returned product.
  4. Carefully pack the product in its original packaging, making sure all accessories and tags are included.
  5. Ship the product back to us using a trackable shipping method. Please obtain a tracking number and keep your shipping receipt for reference.
  6. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will process a refund or exchange within 5 business days after inspection.
  7. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please Note

  1. To maintain fair use, LIFMOCER reserves the right to refuse future return requests if return behavior is deemed excessive or inconsistent with our policy.
  2. Return shipping costs are covered for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. For other returns, customers are responsible for shipping costs.

Shipping Cost Issues

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

LIFMOCER takes great care to ensure all products, including lithium batteries, are in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We provide hassle-free returns and free return shipping for all defective or incorrect products. No restocking fees will be applied.

Customer Change of Mind

If you wish to return a product due to a change of mind, wrong order, or preference, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees will be based on the actual costs incurred. Additional charges may apply if the return address is in a different region or country from the original shipping address.

Non-returnable Items

Some items are non-returnable to ensure LIFMOCER lithium battery safety and quality. The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless defective or damaged:

  • Used or damaged items – Products that are not in their original condition, missing parts, or showing signs of use.
  • Customized or special-order products – Items that are made to order or personalized for the customer.
  • Final sale or clearance items – Products explicitly marked as non-returnable or clearance at the time of purchase.
  • Items returned without authorization – Any product sent back without contacting LIFMOCER and obtaining a Return Material Authorization (RMA).

Refunds

Once we receive and review your return, we will notify you within 3 business days whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the time it takes for your refund to arrive will depend on your payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 6–10 business days
  • PayPal: 7 business days

Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and post your refund.
If it has been more than 15 business days since we approved your return, please contact our customer support team.
